1. What is the shipping cost?
  • Cyprus: We offer free home/office delivery delivery for orders above €100. For orders less than €100, the delivery fee is either €3 if you choose to pay online or €4 if you prefer to pay with cash on delivery. If you purchase any items on sale, the aforementioned delivery fees apply, irrespective of the total order cost.
  • Greece: We offer free delivery for orders above €150. For orders less than €150, the delivery fee is €6 for home delivery. If you purchase any items on sale, the aforementioned delivery fees apply, irrespective of the total order cost.
  • Europe: We offer free delivery for orders above €300. For orders less than €300, delivery fee applies depending the destination. If you purchase any items on sale, the aforementioned delivery fees apply, irrespective of the total order cost.
  • Rest of the world: We deliver worldwide. We offer free delivery for orders above €350. For orders less than €350, delivery fee applies depending the destination for home delivery. If you purchase any items on sale, the aforementioned delivery fees apply, irrespective of the total order cost. Any additional tax fees will be borne by the customer.

 

2. What happens if I am not home when the courier arrives?

Not at home to receive your order? No problem at all! You can inform the courier to deliver the order at a time and place of your convenience. 

 
3. When shall I expect my order?
  • Cyprus: 1-3 working days depending on the destination
  • Greece: 2-4 working days depending on the destination
  • Europe: 2-4 working days (due to COVID-19)
  • Rest of the World: 5-7 working days (due to COVID-19)
 
4. How can I track my order?

Once we process your order, you will receive a tracking number and the relevant link to track your order, in your email.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem – you have 14 days to exchange or return your items. 

1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it online, by calling us at +00357 26 220 648 or emailing us at [email protected]. 

Order change

Please inform us of the new item you want to add to your order as well as the item you want to replace. Please note that in case you your new balance is less than the already purchased item, we can issue a coupon voucher with remaining amount. Such coupon will be valid to be used for 14 calendar days from the day of its issuance. In case your new balance is more than the initial one, then you will pay the difference by cash on delivery. Your final order will be processed the next working day. 

Order cancellation

In case you wish to proceed with an order cancellation within the defined timeframe, we can offer you a refund. This will be processed within 3-5 working days.

2. Can I exchange my item?

Of course you can! We provide FREE exchanges, for orders from Cyprus and Greece, up to 14 calendar days from the delivery date. For orders from countries apart from Cyprus and Greece, all exchange expenses are borne by the customer. 

You can exchange your item with something which costs the same or more than the item you wish to return. If the return is not made within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of delivery or if any other conditions for returns are not fulfilled (see section 3), we have the right not to accept the return of products. In addition, we are not responsible to cover any return fees for any items bought on sale.

*Important note: We do not accept exchanges or returns for items bought from the OUTLET section or for items bought with 70% off discount.

3. What is the exchange procedure?

Give us a call at +00 357 26 220 648 or email us at [email protected] informing us the exchange you wish to perform. Please ensure you provide us with the following:

  • Your personal details (name, telephone number, order number and delivery address)
  • The details of the product you wish to return (code, colour and size)
  • The details of the product you wish receive (code, colour and size)

Send us the undesired item within 1 working day of arranging the exchange with us. You can send the undesired item with Geniki Tachidromiki by calling at 77770727 (Cyprus) or (+30) 210 4851100 (Greece). The courier will come at your place, pick the package and return it to us with no additional cost to you. In case you choose another courier method, we are not responsible to cover any delivery fees and you will be solely responsible for the secure delivery to us within the agreed timeframe. 

The undesired item(s) must be unused and in their initial state and condition (i.e. not worn, damaged, dirty etc.) and in their original packaging. In case these terms are not met, the exchange will not be accepted. We highly recommend that the below instructions are followed when trying on the purchased items:

  • Clothing: Do not wear it for personal use, take care of your make up and deodorant. 
  • Shoes: Try them on a carpet
  • Swimwear: Try them while wearing your underwear and do not remove the hygiene protective sticker. 

Fill in the Return Order Form (found in your parcel or online here and enclose it along with the undesired item. Please ensure that the form includes the correct contact details. In case you insert inaccurate contact details, we are not responsible for the unsuccessful completion of your exchange. 

Once we receive the undesired item, we will proceed with the new product delivery within 2 working days. We will email you a new tracking number. The delivery fee for the product will be borne by the customer (€5 in Cyprus; €8 in Greece) and it is payable with cash on delivery, along with any additional costs (e.g. product price difference).

4. Can I exchange my item in one of your physical stores?

If you are in Cyprus, we will be happy to assist you, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in any of our three physical stores (Nicosia, Larnaca or Paphos) and find what suits you best! 

All you will need is your receipt and the undesired item in its initial state and condition. 

5. Can I return my item?

In case you wish to return a product and obtain a coupon voucher, please call us at +00 357 26 220 684 or send us an email to [email protected] stating the following:

  • Your personal details (name, telephone number, order number and email);
  • The details of the product you wish to return (code, colour and size).

Fill in the Return Order Form (found in your parcel or online here) and enclose it along with the undesired item. Please ensure that the form includes the correct contact details. In case you insert inaccurate contact details, we are not responsible for the unsuccessful completion of your return.

Please send the undesired item with Geniki Tachidromiki in Cyprus and Greece, free of charge. For products returned from countries apart from Cyprus and Greece, we do not cover the cost of returning the order and we suggest a tracked service to ensure safe delivery and peace of mind!

We are not responsible for the returned order until it reached us.

You will be notified via email upon receipt of the returned item. This email will also include a unique coupon voucher code and its value will reflect the current price of the returned item sold in store / online, or as otherwise explained.

The coupon voucher code will be valid for 14 calendar days from the date issued and can only be redeemed online through our e-shop.

6. Do you offer refunds?

We are only offering refunds in case you receive a damaged item.

  • Your personal details (name, telephone number, order number and email)
  • The details of the damaged product (code, colour and size)

Fill in the Return Order Form (found in your parcel or online here) as well as an online form here, attaching a photo of the damaged item. 

Please send the undesired item with Geniki Tachidromiki in Cyprus and Greece and with a tracked service from the rest of the world, free of charge.

Once we receive the damaged item, we will offer you a refund (including any delivery costs incurred). This will be processed within 3-5 working days.

7. Can I change an item more than one time?

Of course! Every second return is charged with the amount of €5 (Cyprus), €8 (Greece). For the rest of the world, the delivery costs apply depending the destination.  

8. Can I exchange a sale product with something from the new collection?

Unfortunately, no. Items purchased at a discount can only be exchanged with other items on sale. Please note that the exchange will reflect the current price of the returned item sold in store / online during the official sales period.

Returns of items on sale should be completed within 7 calendar days from the day you have received your order. If the return is not made within the period of 7 calendar days from the day of delivery or if any other conditions for returns are not fulfilled, we have the right not to accept the exchange of the products.

In addition, no returns can be offered for items purchased from the OUTLET section.
