  1. How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order easily and securely using your credit/debit card, without incurring any additional cost.

 

  1. Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, for orders made within the Republic of Cyprus, we offer the cash on delivery option for home/office delivery.

 

 

 

 

Delivery

 

  1. What is the delivery cost?
  • Cyprus: We offer free home/office delivery for orders above €100. For orders less than €100, the delivery fee is either €3 if you choose to pay online or €4 if you prefer to pay with cash on delivery. If you purchase any items on sale, the aforementioned delivery fees apply, irrespective of the total order cost.

 

  • Greece: We offer free delivery for orders above €150. For orders less than €150, the delivery fee is €6 for home delivery. If you purchase any items on sale, the aforementioned delivery fees apply, irrespective of the total order cost.

 

  • EU Countries: Delivery fee applies depending on the destination for home delivery, irrespective of the total order cost.

 

  • Non-EU Countries: Delivery fee applies depending on the destination for home delivery, irrespective of the total order cost. The customs duties and taxes that may occur are covered by the recipient. This rule includes UK and Switzerland.

 

  1. What happens if I am not home when the courier arrives?

No problem at all! You can inform the courier to deliver the order at a time and place of your convenience.

 

  1. When shall I expect my order?
  • Cyprus: 1-3 working days (with Geniki Tachidromiki or GAP Akis Express)
  • Greece: 2-4 working days (with Geniki Tachidromiki)
  • Europe: 3-5 working days (with UPS Global)
  • Rest of the World: 3-5 working days (with UPS Global)

 

  1. How can I track my order?

Once we process your order, you will receive a tracking number and the relevant link to track your order, in your email. Make sure you check your junk/spam folder.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

 

We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem – you have 14 days to exchange or return your items.

 

  1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it online, by calling us at +00357 26 220 648 or emailing us at returns@brouska.com.

 

Order change

Please inform us of the new item you want to add to your order as well as the item you want to replace. Please note that in case you your new balance is less than the already purchased item, we can issue a refund of the remaining amount.

 

Order cancellation

In case you wish to proceed with an order cancellation within the defined timeframe, we can offer you a refund. This will be processed within 3-5 working days.

 

  1. Can I exchange my item?

Of course, you can!

  • Cyprus:
  • During normal season (i.e. for full priced items) we provide FREE exchanges, up to 14 calendar days from the delivery date. You can exchange your item with something which costs the same or more than the item you wish to return. If the return is not made within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of delivery or if any other conditions for returns are not fulfilled (see section 3), we have the right not to accept the return of products.

You can also exchange your item in any of our physical stores in Cyprus.

  • During sales period or promotional sales, we are not responsible to cover any exchange expenses.

 

  • Greece, EU Countries & Non-EU Countries: For orders from countries apart from Cyprus, all exchange expenses are borne by the customer. You can proceed with an exchange within14 calendar days from the delivery date. You can exchange your item with something which costs the same or more than the item you wish to return. If the return is not made within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of delivery or if any other conditions for returns are not fulfilled (see section 3), we have the right not to accept the return of products.

During sales period or promotional sales, we are not responsible to cover any exchange expenses either.

 

  1. What is the exchange procedure?

Send us an email at returns@brouska.com informing us the exchange you wish to perform. Please ensure you provide us with the following:

  • Your personal details (name, telephone number, and delivery address)
  • Order number
  • The details of the product you wish to return (code, colour and size)
  • The details of the product you wish receive (code, colour and size)

Cyprus

  • Send us the undesired item within 1-2 working days of arranging the exchange with us.
  • Send the undesired item free of charge with GAP AKIS EXPRESS at Ellados point in Paphos, by providing the following contact details:

In case you choose another courier method, we are not responsible to cover any delivery fees and you will be solely responsible for the secure delivery to us within the agreed timeframe.

Once we receive the undesired item, we will proceed with the new product delivery within 5 working days. The amount of €6 will be charged to the customer for delivery purposes (€3+€3) and it is payable with cash on delivery or JCC Link, along with any additional costs (product price difference). We will email you a new tracking number once the package is dispatched.

 

Greece, EU Countries, Non-EU countries

For countries outside the EU, we are unable to arrange the exchange pick-up. Therefore, you can send the undesired items with a courier company of your choice. In this case, we are not responsible to cover any delivery fees or import taxes and you will be solely responsible for the secure delivery to us within the agreed timeframe.

The undesired item(s) must be unused and in their initial state and condition (i.e. not worn, damaged, dirty etc.) and in their original packaging. In case these terms are not met, the exchange will not be accepted. We highly recommend that the below instructions are followed when trying on the purchased items:

  • Clothing: Do not wear it for personal use, take care of your make up and deodorant.
  • Shoes: Try them on a carpet
  • Swimwear: Try them while wearing your underwear and do not remove the hygiene protective sticker.

Fill in the Return Order Form (found online here). Please ensure that the form includes the correct contact details. In case you insert inaccurate contact details, we are not responsible for the unsuccessful completion of your exchange.

Important note: The item will be exchanged at the price currently sold in store / online during the official sales period.

 

 

 

  1. Can I exchange my item in one of your physical stores?

If you are in Cyprus, we will be happy to assist you, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in any of our three physical stores (Nicosia, Larnaca or Paphos) and find what suits you best!

 

All you will need is your receipt and the undesired item in its initial state and condition.

 

  1. Can I return my item?

In case you wish to return a product and obtain a coupon voucher, please call us at +00 357 26 220 648 or send us an email to returns@brouska.com stating the following:

  • Your personal details (name, telephone number and email)
  • Order number
  • The details of the product you wish to return (code, colour and size)

Fill in the Return Order Form (found online here). Please ensure that the form includes the correct contact details. In case you insert inaccurate contact details, we are not responsible for the unsuccessful completion of your return.

Please see Section 3 for all the information needed regarding the delivery procedure.

We are not responsible for the returned order until it reached us.

You will be notified via email upon receipt of the returned item. This email will also include a unique coupon voucher code and its value will reflect the current price of the returned item sold in store / online.

The coupon voucher code will be valid for 14 calendar days from the date issued and can only be redeemed online through our e-shop.

 

  1. Do you offer refunds?

We are only offering refunds in case you receive a damaged item.

Although, all our items pass a quality check before we send them to you, in case you receive a faulty item, we will be responsible to cover all the delivery fees. Just email us and we will sort out the rest.

  • Your personal details (name, telephone number and email)
  • Order number
  • The details of the damaged product (code, colour and size)

Fill in the Return Order Form (found online here), attaching a photo of the damaged item.

Once we receive the damaged item, we will offer you a refund (including any delivery costs incurred). This will be processed within 3-5 working days.

 

  1. Can I exchange a sale product with something from the new collection?

Unfortunately, no. Items purchased at a discount can only be exchanged with other items on sale. Please note that the exchange will reflect the current price of the returned item sold in store / online during the official sales period.

Returns of items on sale should be completed within 7 calendar days from the day you have received your order. If the return is not made within the period of 7 calendar days from the day of delivery or if any other conditions for returns are not fulfilled, we have the right not to accept the exchange of the products.

For items bought on sale, we are not responsible to cover any return fees.

In addition, products from the OUTLET section can only be exchanged with products from the same section.
