How to Order
This is a simple guide on how to place an order through our website. For any further information/guidance you may need, do not hesitate to contact us.
How to order
Select the products you want and add them to the cart.
- Once you add a product, you can either view your cart or continue adding other products.
- If you want to remove a product or complete your order, open your cart by clicking on its icon.
- During checkout, if you are registered user you will be requested to enter your email address and password; otherwise, you have the option to create a new account at that moment or to continue your purchases as a guest.
- Select the method of payment of your order.
- Click Continue for a final check of the order and completion.
- Before you complete entering your online order, please make sure you have stated all required information correctly. Once you enter an order, you will receive a confirmation email, detailing all information of your order. Please check the correctness of the information in the Order Confirmation and inform us in writing (at the latest within 2 hours of receiving the aforementioned electronic notification of Order Confirmation) of any error; otherwise, the items listed in the Order Confirmation will be used as they appear.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order easily and securely using your credit/debit card, without incurring any additional cost.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it online, by calling us at +00357 26 220 648 or emailing us at returns@brouska.com.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, for orders made within the Republic of Cyprus, we offer the cash on delivery option for home/office delivery.
When shall I expect my order?
- Cyprus: 1-3 working days depending on the destination
- Greece: 2-4 working days depending on the destination
- Europe: 10 working days (due to COVID-19)
- Rest of the World: 5-7 working days (due to COVID-19)
Can I exchange my item?
Of course you can! We provide free exchanges, for orders from Cyprus up to 14 calendar days from the delivery date. For orders from countries apart from Cyprus all exchange expenses are borne by the customer. For more information & instructions please check our shipping & returns policy.
Do you offer refunds?
We are only offering refunds in case you receive a damaged item
Can I exchange my item in one of your physical stores?
If you are in Cyprus, we will be happy to assist you, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in any of our three physical stores (Nicosia, Larnaca or Paphos) and find what suits you best!
